Back in the hospital - vent

I called my OB's office this morning because I thought I had mastitis. the receptionist told me to leave a message for the tech but almost 4 hours later, I still hadn't heard back. my mom came over to watch LO and DH took me to the emergency room since I was so sick. they transferred me to L&D Triage (who knew that issues up to 6 weeks pp means go back there?) to find out it is mastitis but they want to keep me 24-48 hours so they can give me the medicine through IV.
I'm glad I'm feeling better but I miss my babyyyy. she did come visit for a little bit and I'm on a 24 hour floor so she can sleep over but I didn't want to throw off her routine. I'm hoping I get to go home tomorrow, it's hard to be away from her!
