I have done it before and actually worked there for 6 years. I am doing it again now since November. It is so much harder this time around but I am trying to stick it out.
I successfully lost 40 pounds a few years ago. I was great at keeping it off until my pregnancies. I joined back at the beginning of the year and have done pretty well. I've lost 11 pounds so far, I still have a long way to go, and I've been slacking the last 2 weeks, I'm dreading my weigh in tomorrow.

I've never done WW, but I need to lose some weight. I have a hypothyroid and a negative metabolism, work more than 40 hours a week with 1.5 hour commute each day, a DH who's even more busy than myself, and of course, a 2 year old that still doesn't STTN 50% of the time. I know I need accountability and a plan to do well, but I feel like I have no real motivation now (especially if we do end up wanting #2 at some point, then it's all moot!). I'm just tired. I want to do something, but I'm not 100% committed so it seems like a waste to start now and like I'll inevitably fail. I want to feel otivated, I know I should be motivated, but I kinda feel like I'm just trying to get by still.
How did you all get motivated to start and find the time for it?
Man, are you my twin? I'm not sure if this is an option for you, but I workout at lunch.
I have a 30-40min commute each way, DH on rotating shifts and days off every four months, hypothyroid since at least December (so frustrated!), and a non-STTN child 100% of the time. 30 min at lunch is the only way I can exercise.

ETA: I'm with you!
I agree, the meetings used to be great and now they suck. I wish I could do online but I need the accountability of weighing-in in front of someone.
