Brewer's Twin Pregnancy Diet?

Is anyone here using this or used this in the past? I'm having trouble eating healthy with food aversions and it would be helpful to have a guide to tell me what I should be eating.

I haven't heard of this one. I used Dr Lukes guide.
It was super hard to get enough in. I tried to make eating my second job. Protein drinks helped me a lot. And nightly milkshakes. Also, whole fat Greek yogurt.

  • What kind of whole fat Greek yogurt? I eat Fage now but they only sell the 0% and 2% at my store.

  • I also tried following Dr. Luke's guidelines.  I ate tons of greek yogurt, cheeseburgers and eggs!

  • I think Dr. Luke was the "What to Expect When You're Expecting Twins..." book?  That's what I kinda followed.  I've been drinking Ensure or Boost because I'm having a hard time eating a lot, too, I get full really quickly.  Basically, I just eat what I can when I can and (for once in my life) don't give a hoot about fat or calories in what I'm eating.  It's actually pretty nice!! : )

  • I think it was chobani? And trader joes had one. Also, the milkshakes had ice cream, whole milk, peanut butter and a banana. And dairy before bed will help you sleep through the night without the 3 am hunger pains.
And Dr Luke is the "what's to expect..." one. She's intense but my MoMs group had a nutritionist and she preached her diet. I trusted that.
