Anyone else having the blues during pregnancy? I feel guilty for feeling this way but definitely sad a lot, overwhelmed and stressed (hopefully just hormonal) about our baby, my changing body and lifestyle adjustments. Please let me know if you've felt this way, if it's normal and what you do about it.
Thanks!
Re: The blues...
Your body is changing a lot, as is your life, so I think it's perfectly understandable. It's nothing to feel guilt over!
If you are really worried, definitely talk to your OB or midwife about it.

Glad to hear you're feeling better.
For what it's worth, I've experienced the same. After years of trying, crying, praying, you name it, I finally got the BFP I'd been longing for.
But now I can't help but have moments where I wonder if I'm ready to get back into diapers, feedings, middle of the night wakings, etc all over again. DS is 6 and I'd sorta become resolved to the idea that he'd be an only child. I'd also started taking care of myself again, had lost some weight, was feeling good and as much as I can accept that the changes to my body are temporary and wonderful in so many different ways, it's taken some adjusting.
It is a huge change, but I keep reflecting on the little one on the way and how wonderful it'll be to watch him develop physically and emotionally and I find it helps.
