I'm 26 weeks pregnant with mono/di twins. Throughout the pregnancy baby B has had growth discrepancy. Baby A is in the 40% percentile and Baby B is in the 2% of other twins in the same gestational stage. Everything else seems to be good with both babies, no signs of tts and fluid levels are good. Anyone else with a similar situation? When did you deliver?
Re: mono/di twins
I'm in my 31st week now with mono/di twins, so I haven't delivered yet. Up until my 27th week growth scan, Baby B was measuring behind Baby A. Not enough to be concerned with ttts, but enough to pay attention to the growth. I don't remember the percentage difference, but the weight difference was more than 1/2lb. However at my 29 week growth scan, Baby B had caught up and was only 1oz behind and then was exactly the same size at my 31 week scan. They have no idea what caused the growth spurt, but it seems to be holding steady. I'm not too much help with your questions, but wanted to share my current situation.
My MFM has told me all along that even though they are identical, there will always be a smaller one.

Good luck to you! Hopefully your small baby will catch up but things will still work out if not
