Baby will not come off the boob (VENT)

Since about 2am, LO has wanted to be on the boob nonstop. Not necessarily eating, just hanging out. That's great and all bc it's cold as balls outside so we were just going to hang at home today anyway, but when he does come off the boob so I can, you know, pee and stuff, he screams like I'm starving him. I'd like my happy baby back. Andplusalso, my nips are getting a little raw...

    In the wonder weeks it says between 7.5-9.5 weeks baby is mastering a patterns leap and one of the signs is wants to be at the boob all day not even to drink.

    Shitty! We had a couple of days of that during his 8-9 wk growth spurt. The soother saved my nipples. Will he take a soother while he's still snuggled with you? At least to save your nipples?

    @Danicali He will for a little bit but then freaks out when he realizes I've done the bait-and-switch (boob-and-switch??). I'm currently boob-out with him cuddled up to it and the Wubbanub in his mouth again so I hope I can nap at least for a little while...
