MSPI Mommas

Do you take a calcium and/or vitamin D supplement? I've been dairy/soy free for 2 months and this was just now suggested by my LOs pedi. If you do, what do you take? I would assume many have dairy ingredients.

  • I actually don't. I just try to eat other foods that are high in calcium- mostly leafy greens and broccoli.

  • I have off and on. Just read the list of ingredients and look into any suspicious soundig ones. I actually haven't found the calcium supps to be too tricky, pnvs are much more difficult. HTH!
