I have my regular monthly appointment. No GD test, I was lucky enough to find out weeks ago that I have it I will have the regular CBC blood work today, though.
I have a ton of appts today. At about 9am I see the OB for a regular baby doc appt, then after that I see a PTL nurse who will teach me how to look for signs of PTL, then work (boo), then at 7:45pm (ew) I have a growth scan appt to see how well the girls are growing. It'll be a busy day but I'm excited to get to see the girls throughout it!
Today is my monthly appointment, going to ask about some symptoms that I'm not sure are normal.. Doc is going to schedule glucose test. Good luck to you all!
Good luck on your appointments today ladies. I had mine this morning at 8:30. Technically it was my 26w appt but I'll be 27 weeks Thursday. I already had my Glucose test last Thursday and passed so today was a pretty typical appt. His heartbeat is 152. I was also told I'm doing great on weight gain which made me feel really good as it seems so many ladies on here haven't gained as much. I'm up 21 pounds. I actually weighed 2 tenths less today than I did at my appointment a month ago. I'm trying to not eat as many sweets as I was.
Was supposed to have appt today, just got cancelled, dr had to go deliver a babe, but did find out I passed my 3hr. Good luck to you ladies that have appt and gt today.
I have an appointment at a center for a 4D scan. It's not technically a doctor appointment but I'm still very excited!
I'm 28 weeks today so in the window range of getting a good pic . My MFM stopped letting me sneak peaks at 4D, the last was at 17 weeks. I don't want to be that jerk asking for 4D since I'm not there for fun kwim? I sucked it up and found a center to pay so I could see the little guy. Let's just hope he corporates !
Finished my appointment. No CBC like I thought. My OB is happy with my sugars and I only gained 1 pound (this is big considering the GD and my weight issues). Starting every two weeks now, I can't believe it! We discussed my RCS and planned for the 5th of June! It seems so much more real now.
I had a regular appt this morning. Everything was good and normal. My Dr gave me the paperwork to go get the glucose test done. I don't have to have it scheduled I guess, I just go in? She said I don't have to fast either.
Had my regular check up today. My glucose came back normal. Yessss!!!! But I'm measuring 31 weeks I'm supposed to be 28 weeks. (Strange) my dr scheduled me for an ultrasound to get her estimated weight in 2 weeks. Hoping she's at an avarage weight.

That's wired that they don't need you to fast. They usually tell us to fast for 10-12hrs. But most places don't need you to set up an appt for this
@PinkKEL9 - The one hour test is a non-fasting test. You only have to fast for the three-hour. I suggest not taking it in the morning if you can because your hormones mess with your sugar in the morning.
Thanks for the info. I will probably go around mid afternoon.
My appointment went well. BP was a bit high but no concerns over all. LO's heart rate was around 140. Got my drink from the glucose test. I get to just drink it before my normal 28 week appointment and have them do my blood draw for it. So glad I don't have to take a day to go to a lab.
Had my 24 week appointment. All was good, thank God. Baby moved around a bit before she found his heartbeat. I got a video of it because sadly my hubby could not make the appt.
Next time I do glucose and since I'm Rh positive, I'll get a shot.

You don't have to make an appointment but I did to try and get in and out faster. The place I went was packed even at 6:45AM. I was also told I could only have water after midnight which is why I made an early appointment.

Stuck in the quote box....ugh. What shot do you have to have? I thought Rhogam is only if you're Rh negative??
Oh, I forgot to do my own post. hahahaha Had my normal OB appt this afternoon, my blood pressure was low which the OB said is probably the reason I've been having dizzy/almost fainting spells. Otherwise everything looks good, and she said if I don't go into labor on my own by 37-38 weeks, they'll induce since I'm having twins. I agree with PP, made things more real. Also considered the option of cutting back to only 8 hr shifts at work, which I have to admit would be a bit of a relief.
@katekat8721 - Well... ??
Nvm. I remember you posted on another thread. Disregard!
Edited 43367 times because... I felt like it.
Haha, no worries!
The appt went from 8-8:45PM (holy hell!) and I was so tired even though I just had to lay there and do nothing lol. The babies are super active and I think that caused some of the delay since it took the tech awhile to get a good measure of their heads (it also could have been because they kept kicking each other in the face).
She wouldn't tell me how much they weighed (eye roll) I have to wait for my doc to see results and then get back to me. But I do know Baby A is breech and Baby B is vertex. A's the one who has been giving me those awesome organ/cervix kicks haha.
