My supply is pretty fickle when it comes to consuming enough calories and water, what do you guys eat that adds to your daily calorie intake? Thank you!!
I eat a lot of peanut butter. Its the quickest and easiest protein available to me. I also don't eat any reduced fat/calorie foods except for lean beef and replacing ground beef with turkey
