Ghirardelli turtle brownies are my favorite. Mmmmmnn chocolate and caramel.
Edit: all the crust. Literally I make them and suddenly the outside is all missing. I can't stop editing them but then I have to buy them especially when they are on sale. The cycle never stops. Ahhhhhhh.
I made black bean brownies...replaced the flour with beans and the oil with Greek yogurt. I'm sure I could have used something else to replace the sugar but I didn't know what to use. They were DELICIOUS! Couldn't taste the bean at all.

I like the middle the best.
I'm trying to believe you on the taste, but the thought makes me gag.
DH and I fight over corner pieces. I keep meaning to get something like this, but I make brownies so rarely anyways, that I just haven't gotten around to it.
I usually start with a corner and finish up with a gooey middle for my next piece. Sooo good! Now I want some! Mmm this also has me thinking about my friend's delicious blondies... Must get recipe!
I under-bake them in a bread pan so every brownie has a fudgey middle and two crispy sides. Hot brownies with ice cream may be the first thing I eat when done BFing (I have a no dairy baby).
I wasn't sure if I should post this here or OB the Target thread, but did you guys know that Target has Madeleine/Brownie bites? =D> we bought them yesterday. YUm!
SS: I love #allthebrownies and don't discriminate between edges or middles. And I usually cut myself such a huge piece I get both the yummy, softness of the middle and the satisfying and slightly crunchy corner.

Can I just say this scares me... I feel like I would eat the whole pan and then have horrible gas
I need 90% cooked but somewhat gooey middles! Not undercooked but definitely not cakey consistency. Also I have to go completely dairy free now so this post breaks my heart.
I have found brownie mixes that don't contain dairy! I can't remember what brand though :-/
One of my Facebook friends just just posted this gluten free vegan friendly brownie recipe.

Crust or middle... You will love them! And they are super easy!
Edit: I didn't see hlb's gif! Doh!
I obviously vote for crusts.
