  I bet michaels or joann fabrics would sell something like fake flowers that you could just cut off what you want to attach to each box

  I would suggest getting silver scrap poking paper or card stock and a large leaf shaped paper punch. Maybe something like this:

  If you wanted to make them extra fancy you could glue on tiny rhinestones (or get the adhesive ones).

  If you don't end up doing the punch, look for silver skeleton leaves. They can be pricey in the store, but you can find them cheaper online. We used them for my wedding (also October), so I am biased, but they are very pretty!

  If you live by a produce junction or a flower shop, ask for ruscus and spray silver. Ruscus is a filler green so it is very inexpensive. Plus lives a long time once cut.
