How are you Feeling? not too bad. My current issue is swelling/bloating/puffiness. In the last week or so, I've become really sensitive to salty foods. Every time I eat something salty, I puff up like a balloon the next day.
Upcoming appointments? Updates? I had my last monthly appointment last Thursday, along with my glucola test. I haven't heard anything back from the Dr yet--I'm hoping "no news is good news." When I had to take my first glucola test at 16 weeks, all I got from the Dr was a slip of paper in the mail about a week later telling me my results were normal. FX that it's the same this time!
Rants? Raves? Rant" see above re: puffiness Rave: We went down to see my in-laws this weekend and they bought us our crib, mattress, dresser, and changing table. It was really generous of them. They also said the will buy the jogging stroller.
GTKY: What is your favorite movie of all time? I love legal thrillers! (shocking, as I'm an attorney) My absolute favorite is "A Few Good Men." Looooove it!Week? Fruit/Veggie? 31/pineapple
How are you Feeling? emotionally, i'm all over the place: i've been riding the hormone roller coaster. the H is at his wits end with me (not that I blame him). physically, i'm over the whole pregnancy thing. i'm just ready to meet Peanut and get on with life as a new mom.
Upcoming appointments? Updates? our bi-weekly Centering group meets today. last time, Peanut was measuring 2 weeks ahead, so i'm anxious to see how much has changed in the last 2 weeks.
Rants? Raves? rant: everything hurts. rave: my hair and skin are glowing like i'm on fire. too bad i rarely feel well enough to take advantage.
GTKY: What is your favorite movie of all time? The Princess Bride. "Hello. My name is Indigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die." i love it!

How are you Feeling? I'm actually feeling remarkably better than last week. I'm energetic again, and managed to get a bunch or stuff done around the house. I hope this lasts!
Upcoming appointments? Updates? I have an appointment with my midwife on Wednesday. I need to ask about my birth plan, labor positions, and various other things. Childbirth classes start next week!
Rants? Raves? Raves - My baby shower is on Saturday! I'm so excited to see everyone and get stuff for the baby! I'm a little nervous about being the center of attention, but I have a really cute dress so I'm hoping to just rock it!
GTKY: What is your favorite movie of all time? This is a tough one. I think it's the Big Lebowski. I do also love The Princess Bride, Royal Tenenbaums, and Garden State. Those are the movies that I've probably watched the most.Week? Fruit/Veggie? 30 weeks, cucumber
How are you Feeling? Like hell today. I thought maybe, just maybe I'd made it out of cold season without getting one and then got hit this weekend. I woke up twice overnight gasping for air because of being sick. Pregnancy wise, I'm fine.
Upcoming appointments? Updates? Appt Wednesday, plus our 2 hour home birth class. We're doing a private so we can focus on what we need vs the whole class since we are second time parents, but first time home birthers. I'm really excited for it.
Rants? Raves? Rant: getting a cold Rave: bought some artwork for the nursery, it's adorable prints of dragons sleeping on the moon.
GTKY: What is your favorite movie of all time? 10 Things I Hate About You.Week? Fruit/Veggie? 30 weeks! Ahhhh! Technically cucumber, I don't believe that and it doesn't make sense to me, since last week was a squash.
How are you Feeling? Pretty great. I still have my 2nd trimester energy mostly. Waiting for the 3rd trimester drain to start. But my house is staying pretty clean, so I'm not a total blob yet!

Rants? Raves? I'm so tired of our bathroom reno. I don't mind it not being done yet, my husband is working so hard on it, but every week it's either "it will be done so soon" or "oh, there is a delay". Just give me an acturate date! As long as it's before May, I don't care at this point!
GTKY: What is your favorite movie of all time? Ahhh ... this is a hard one. I'll say 'When Harry met Sally'. I could watch that movie at anytime.Week? Fruit/Veggie? 28/ eggplant
How are you Feeling? Besides a cold, I'm doing ok. All the little body aches are starting to become a bot more emphasized, but not unmanageable.

Rants? Raves? Rants: I'm on my 3rd really bad cold in the last two months. Starting to wonder if the first one never really went away and it's just cycling back to haunt me. Raves: DD had her school play this weekend and rocked it! And she did such good work on her first science fair project. I'm a proud momma
GTKY: What is your favorite movie of all time? I don't know that I have one single favorite movie- it depends on my mood. I did get ridiculously excited to see that You've Got Mail was on tv this weekend, though.DD born 2/3/03

Upcoming appointments? Updates? Next appointment is tomorrow morning. I feel like I just go in, they hear the hb and then I leave. Shouldn't more be going on?
Rants? Raves? Rants: We are waiting to close on our new place so I can't give my 2 weeks notice at work yet! It's so frustrating me b/c they are trying to transition me onto a new account but I can't tell them there's no point b/c I'm leaving soon. Also we still have to hire a renovator/contractor to finish 2 bathrooms, kitchen & floors and an interior decorator and finishing it in 8 weeks sounds like a ridiculous timeline you only see on HGTV.

How are you Feeling?: I'm coming down with a cold - sore throat and a headache at the moment - so that's no fun. And LO has decided his favorite place for his feet is under my rib cage on the right and it hurts!
Upcoming appointments? Updates?: Had my first biweekly appt. last week, and the doc said that my fundal height was 3cm smaller than he'd like, so he sent me for a follow-up ultrasound on Friday. I freaked out a little, but at the U/S the tech seemed to think everything looked just fine, so we should be ok. We'll see what the doc says when he calls.
Rants? Raves?: Besides the cold, I have all raves! DH all but finished the flooring in the nursery and we started moving furniture in! My sister and SIL stopped fighting about baby shower stuff, and my shower is this coming Saturday! I'm so excited!
GTKY: What is your favorite movie of all time?: Yikes, it's hard to pick just one. I'm a sci-fi/fantasy junkie. I usually say the Lord of the Rings movies are my favorite, although the Star Wars original trilogy is pretty close. My favorite recent movie was the Avengers.How are you Feeling? Fine. Shit's getting a little real at night, like when I can't roll over or I am awakened by the sensation of stomach acid flowing into my mouth.
Upcoming appointments? Updates? Sitting in the lab waiting for my glucose test right meow. I just left my 28 week appt. Everything is on track so far. I don't get to find out if my placenta has moved up until 32 weeks. Kinda bummed, I thought I'd find out today.
Rants? Raves? I am rising to never before seen heights on the scale. It's weird cause I don't feel like I look that different aside from the belly. I'm considering not looking anymore, because I don't mind how I look/feel so why should the stupid number have any power?

Upcoming appointments? Updates? Shower is in three weekends and we get one more peak at baby Clay because of my low lying placenta. So excited, and hopefully it's moved up!
Rants? Raves? I feel like I have a man cold and I have had it for 3 weeks now, it is slowly progressing so I think it is slowly going away. So annoying.

How are you Feeling? meh, just starting to get over a heinous cold my nephew gave me last Wednesday. My immune system has never been so lazy. I also have had to cut hours at work due to a work injury that combined with relaxin has caused some bad pelvic pain.

So exhausted. Cooking dinner is taxing nowadays. Boooo.
Upcoming appointments? Updates?
Next appointment is tomorrow morning. While aligning the wall decor in the nursery this morning, I slipped and smacked my belly into the crib and now there's a huge bruise. I'm seriously surprised at how quickly it developed and how dark it is. OB wants to take a look and do an U/S tomorrow. Since I'm Rh-, I'm probably getting another Rhogam shot tomorrow, too. Fetal movement has been normal (if not increased), so I'm hoping everything is okay.
