Where is the best place to go out and just find these? Does united or a natural grocery store usually carry these items? Btw sorry if this has already been discussed.
It was discussed at the end of last weeks med-free check in if you missed it! I'm usually able to get Traditional :Medicinals organic RRL tea at target and I think I got my EPO at CVS!

I have several local natural foods stores and I go there. I don't trust a lot of the big-name brands, like Nature Made and whatnot. I get Barlean's oils and I usually get whole leaf RRL from the bulk section at the store, because then I know for sure what's in it!
I did succumb to convenience last week and get some RRL teabags from Traditional Medicinals though....
@pepperedmoth why don't you trust the bigger name brands? Truly interested, I might make a stop at the local natural store to pick up epo instead!
There have just been a lot of reports of herbs in the package not being what they say on the label, and the brands sold at places like GNC and big supermarkets are prime culprits. They're often packaged in faraway places and adulterated with random crap.
I feel better about the more artiesinal brands that are small and transparent about what they do and all grown/manufactured in the states. I think Gaia is really good, but since I am in VT there are a thousand little places too. I just find it easier to trust the farmer down the street, kwim?
I'm usually so evidence-based that using herbs at all is a stretch for me, so I want to feel VERY confident that I'm getting what it says on the tin!
Are people taking Evening Primrose oil via capsule or are they buying the oil & rubbing it in? & is it too late to start? I'm 38+3 & I don't know why I didn't know about this!! I've been doing dates & RRL tea for 2 weeks, but I'm willing to try any & everything to help my uterus / cervix get ready.
