Should we maybe re-think about having a mod for O12?

I was just thinking that maybe we should vote on one of our regulars to be a mod for O12. This thought came after all the drama that has been going on with some of the other boards last week and over the weekend. If we don't have a mod who helps us out if we need one? Would it be better if we had our own mod who already knows us, or a random mod from another board. What are your thoughts ladies? I know we discussed it briefly when the mod of the month got posted and I know our board is slowish and just have a few regulars who post but what if we get some crazies we can't handle ourselves?

O12 was safely protected in our bubble of happiness. Lol all manner of shit hit all manner of fans pretty much everywhere else this week.

Nothing with our board except someone getting banned, I know last week N13 and parenting went at it and their was some other dramas on some of the 14 BMB boards. There was a lot and that's what got me thinking about our board not having a mod.

Does anyone know what a mod does? I know they help with spam and can close threads but what else do they do?

According to bump jackie we would need to post a poll with our top 2 or 3 bumpies and then pm her with the results. They will look at the picked bumpies accounts and then decide who gets the job.

I'm kind of sad we're getting a mod. I liked that we were one of the few mod free boards. I was proud of us.

But if there's cookies/cupcakes/wine... Lol
