    Who the fuck cares if we are 'nice' to one another or not? Like zoey said, 99.9% of the time, the snark is coming at a specific poster due to straight up idiocy in the past.

    But honestly, as we've said before, this is a community. You can't just come in and open up a thread about how mean everyone is when we don't even know you.  It puts a bad taste in our mouths before you even begin posting.

    For example @mamakate12345 saying we are like hungry male pit bulls....do you really expect that to go over well?

    I hear ya. I 100% avoid drama in my life and intend to dodge it on these boards as well. I'm here because I'm excited about my pregnancy and just wanted to share it with others who are at the same place as me :)

    If you're talking about the TTGP and first tri messes that can happen, the responses are usually helpful education at first, but turn real fast when OP comes back all butthurt and name calling.

    Also, if someone is snarky right off the bat in those posts I don't fault them one bit because they are TRYING to get pregnant and have randos crash their board all the damn time with stupid questions that could be answered by reading the newbie blog stickied to the top.

    These boards are full of intelligent, funny, snarky women that don't like blowing smoke up people's assess or being quiet when something needs saying. That's what's great about this community.

If they see a thread that's a repeat they HAVE to post on that thread talking about how stupid it is that it even exists when DUH, LRN2SEARCH, thus keeping said obnoxious thread on the top of the forums to annoy even more people into posting...!     ...yes, I realize there's some irony here, in snarking about excessive snark. I don't know why ignoring things is so difficult for some people.
    Is heartily apologizing to her child in advance for genes that predispose them to shitty vision and being Too Damn Tall.

    There's no irony here....only hypocrisy. Irony is humorous.  And the hypocrisy doesn't come from the snark but from the bolded....you don't know why people can't ignore things? Exhibit A.
