Sorry this is late today. I spent the weekend getting ready for the bad weather and my trip for work this week. It's been so crazy here. We briefly got back into the 60s and now its MORE snow. I want spring to get here so bad...& this weather hasn't helped my weight loss efforts.

-Did you get any physical activity in? **Bonus pics** Very little this week, I'll try to add a mobile pic of us out last weekend. Unless you count chasing a two year old who climbs like a monkey.
GTKY: If it was warm and sunny today what would you be doing? I'd be out with the kids enjoying the sunshine. If I was at the house I'd make a margarita (from scratch) and work on getting some sun on my old bones. I am working on getting the boys a swing set this spring. I have a feeling we're going from winter-summer this year.
Success this week: I was 0.2 lbs down at my WW weigh-in last Thursday. I will take anything with a "-" in front of it but it would have been nice to see the scale move a bit more. I'm reminding myself of all the true things about weight loss - it takes time, slow and steady wins the race, etc. I'm on plan and hoping for more good news this week.
I need to work on my water intake this week, too. I realized I am slipping into the bad habit of drinking a couple diet sodas a day (a habit I got out of when pg and liked it that way) and not getting the water I should.
The weather is making eating healthy the way I want to hard - anyone inthe same boat? It is so flipping cold I just want pasta, scones, comfort food, etc. and not all the veggies I know will help fill me up and not feed deprived. I keep saving points for wine, though - a little glass every couple nights helps "warm" things up. Ha ha.
For physical activity, unless chasing DS to wipe his runny nose or hoisting a cranky DD around the house in the evenings and on the weekend counts...I have another week of nothing. We were going to try to go to the mall to walk around yesterday to move a little bit but DS is sick and DD is fussy, so sleep and nap schedules did not permit. This perpetual snow and deep freeze winter has made everything such a PITA.

Oops! ETA the GTKY: If it were warm and sunny I'd still be at work, but when I got home tonight I'd load up the kids and go for a nice walk in the neighborhood with DH and the dog, too. I can't wait for the weather to permit this!

GTKY: If it was warm and sunny today what would you be doing? It was warm and sunny Saturday, and I stayed in all day. What a waste since now it's freakin' freezing again! I want to go outside and run some trails.

-So this week how successful were you with your goals? Anywhere that you can improve? I started running again last week. I go with a couple of friends, but as always, EVERY weekend is a "cheat weekend" for us. I need to get out of the habit!
-Did you get any physical activity in? **Bonus pics** I jogged 3 miles and walked 1. I walked 3 miles the next day. I also did one zumba class. I got a free membership to the community college gym, so I need to talk advantage of that.
GTKY: If it was warm and sunny today what would you be doing? Well, where I am from (NM) it is really warm and really sunny, so we are going to run again today
