Had the meadow mowed

Nicole went in a few days ago to have her two polyps removed. According to testing the polyps were half the size of her ute. It took about an hour and she came out fine. She was just sore but a few doses of 800 Motrin took care of that.

Turns out there weren't just two. Her whole ute was covered. We saw the before and after photos. The Dr couldn't even see her ute lining when they started. There were something like 15 but it looked like it was covered in puffy clouds. The Dr said she had a meadow of polyps.

Sure glad they found this before our next cycle. There is no doubt now why we had those two early miscarriages and didn't get anywhere with our IVF. No, the RE never checked with a camera before and the polyps were so thick it could have just looked like an extra thick lining on the scans.

Surrogate IUI#1: 7.17.12 = BFP!! 15dpiui = 256, 17dpiui = 346
Oliver Zane born - 3/29/2013 on Good Friday!

IUI #4 - #6: 2014-2015 = BFN (with C/Ps)
Switch sperm donors, start ketosis diet to reduce inflammation late 2015
IVF 2: Jan and Feb 2016, 3 great looking, 8 cell 3 day embryos. Two ET, one frozen
2.18.2016 (8dp3dt) = BFFP!
2.22.2016 (12dp3dt) = 649!!

Started foster care experience in 2012. Now waiting to adopt our foster daughter, 7, who has lived with us for 3 years.

    Wow! I'm sorry it took your doctors so long to find out about the polyps! Hopefully this "clears the way" for a happy healthy pregnancy.

     3/27/13 - After beta and u/s hell, no heartbeat ever detected. D&C at 9w1d.

    6/5/13 - Adopted four new embryos that had been frozen for seven years!      
    9/12/13 - DEmbryo FET #2. Thawed and transferred two beautiful blasts
    9/17/13 - BFP @ 5dp6dt! EDD 05/31/14
     9/29/13 - m/c @ 5w1d. :(

    11/19/13 - DEmbryo FET #3. Thawed and transferred one blast from each batch. Wow!
     11/23/13 - BFP @ 4dp6dt! EDD 8/7/13
    Beta #1 @ 13dp6dt - 522  Beta #2 @ 16dp6dt - 1373 
    6w5d ultrasound showed one perfect baby with a beautiful heartbeat of 134bpm!

    Snowflake baby is a girl!

    It does change our entire outlook on this IF journey. It actually seems possible now. Woohoo!

    I too have a ute that likes to grow fluffy meadows!' I had a couple of medium size polys and we found them after our first DE FET and I had a etopic miscarriage. So I had a hysterscopy done and had then removed before this last DE FET. I did just have another miscarriage but so glad I had those polyps taken out. Glad they found them and for everything clear in there for her next FET. Good luck to you both!

    Oh my...glad they found them! Good luck to you both!!

    ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
    Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive.  Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)

    DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN  DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!

    When I read the title of this post, I thought it was about a pre-transfer bikini wax!! Lol!

    Chris, glad things are tided up in there! FX things go easily from here on out!

    Loss due to umbilical cord clot...baby was perfect. :(
