Tips for bathing a standing baby?

KJ hates bath time and does not want to sit anymore.

My DH said to ask my fake online group friends (insert eye rolling) if anyone has any tips for bathing a standing baby.

    DD is in the big tub with a bath mat and she's very steady so I let her stand up and I wash her butt. She always sits down then.

    In the big tub, toys. Lots of toys and bath crayons to keep him occupied. Friggin adorable picture!!

    @zigspective - we have that sponge in blue. You can see it in the right corner of the pic. We loved it when she was smaller but I didn't think to use it now. Good idea! Thanks!

    DD does the big girl bath with a bath mat too. I try to distract her with lots of toys, but she is more interested in trying to pull up on the side of the tub. Right now my method is sit her back down and pray I stay sane.

    Big tub and bath mat. H got a giant mag that spans the whole tub. She also has the toy wonderland in the bath tub.

    LO baths in the big tub in a laundry basket (thank you Pinterest) That way he has room to move about and his toys don't float to far away, and when I say toys, I mean his huge number of plastic bath toy animals. I sweat each night I feel like I am at an aquarium with all the whales, dolphins, sharks, and fish.
