But honestly, ask your doctor. You're pregnant, its not like you can diet or anything. Try not to stress about it. You can diet and exercise after the baby comes.
I second everyone else, this is definitely an area where you should take your cue from your doctor. The "common" range quoted is anywhere from 20-40 pounds for one baby, more for multiples.
Look at it this way, if you were a normal BMI at the beginning, and reccomended gain is up to 40 lbs....then you've gained just over half of that at just over half way through your pregnancy. Seems on track to me.
Ditto what PPs have said. You could also have posted this in the symptom thread...just sayin'
@Joules235 Why the symptom thread? I looked briefly for a weight check in thread if it had been updated lately, but I'm not sure if even I, who loves organization and tries to avoid extraneous posting, would have put something about weight concerns in a thread about RLP, sciatic nerve issues, and heartburn.
