Vinegar smell

LO is 7 months old his poop smells like vinegar and has been really watery. We have had a flu bug he had two times of vomiting 5 days apart the vinegar poo started before the vomiting. He is not doing well with solids he plays with them but won't eat them. Any advice?

    No I have been using purees he likes to self feed. I am considering BLW for this reason.
