  • What issues? The Medela bags freeze well, but they're horribly inaccurate.

    ------
Every brand of bag I've ever used is inaccurate. I measure into the bottle first, then pour into the bags.

I've never had a Lansinoh bag leak, but I switched to up and up because I like the thickness. I'm surprised someone likes medela.. I've only ever heard bad things about them on the BF board.

  • I think the up and up ones are amazing too. I've never had any issues with them and they're cheap.

  • Thanks! I was skeptic when i first started using them because I too had heard that they leaked, but I've yet to have any issues with these bags!

  • I've had a LOT of issues with Lansinoh bags leaking! I bought a bulk order of Honeysuckle breast pump freezer bags and they are great! They're super thick & sturdy! The only thing I don't like is that they don't measure quite right, but I guess that's why they say approximately, right?

  • I have never had an issue with the Lansinoh bags. Granted, I haven't freezed a lot of BM, but what I have didn't leak.

  • I've had a few Lansinoh bags leak. My sil warned me about it though, so I always just put the milk bags in a freezer bag when I thaw them to catch the milk. But I may try the up and up ones. I didn't know they made breast milk bags.

I don't particularly care for them. When I said "freeze well", I meant that I haven't had issues with freezer burn or anything.

I also pump into the bottle first. I've been trying to offload some on people, but no luck.
