BPF: Morning Hair (andreahshields)

The Rodeo is in town, and it's Go Texan day.  Phoebe is wearing her boots to daycare, and I completely forgot to take a picture.  What is wrong with me?!  So instead you get a morning hair picture.  I have to wet her hair every morning just so that I can brush it and put a bow in.  This was right after I wet her hair, and it all curled up.  I have naturally wavy hair, and it looks like Phoebe may have the same.
