  I had a myomectomy to remove fibroids so I don't get a choice, I'm required to have a csection.

  My uterus ruptured in my last pregnancy so the don't even want me to go into labor on my own. RCS for me.

  I have a neurological condition tht can be made irreversibly worse by vaginal delivery. (I didn't know I had it when I had my son, and I caused myself damage, sadly). I also had severe complications and hemmoraging with my son, so csection it is.

  I'm not sure yet. Ill find out in a few weeks at my ultrasound if my placenta has moved or not. If it moved we'll schedule an induction a week before my due date.

  I can develop fistulas during a vaginal delivery as I'm prone to them from my Crohn's disease, thus a required c-section.

  What is the special snowflake? Is there some other method of delivery that I don't know about?

  IF DX: DOR & Fragile X pre-mutation carrier
  2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8
  BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ DS born 9/4/12
  Feb./March 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) and AFC = 4;
  BFP from supps ~ DS#2 due May 2014

  I guess technically I'm a SS because we discovered that I have an 8cm calcified cyst that will require removal of my left ovary and makes c-section mandatory, but we found the cyst after I'd already decided on RCS. My vagina and I have never desired a VBAC.

  I am a special snowflake. I apparently have a very small pelvis, so if I go full term this time, if the baby is over 6 lbs, I'll probably need to do a c/s. DS was 4lbs.6oz. and it took 45 min. and a small tear to get him out.
  
  OB is going to let me try to deliver vaginally, but I need to be prepared for a c/s.
