Follow up ultrasound results

I want to thank everyone again for the kind words for my follow up ultrasound. I tried to do an update to that post, but I couldn't get it to work right. Anyway, had it this morning and the baby still has the calcium deposits or bright spots on the heart but the US tech said they are very dull, and if it were her, she wouldn't have even alerted the doctor to it in the first place (I guess they vary in brightness). His kidneys were measuring 5mm which is normal for his gestational age. This is actually up from the 4.1 and 4.2 at my A/S, but the measurements change (obviously) as baby grows bigger. All other measurements look great and he is a little big (almost 3 pounds) but nothing major. It was kind of funny because when we were looking at his profile, his nose looked HUGE. I'm not talking a little big, it looked massive. The tech could tell it had us a bit worried, so she gave us a quick view in 3D! She said they don't usually do it, so that was nice. We didn't get the best shot, but enough to see that his nose isn't freakishly big. She also said that a lot of parents think that about the nose during 3rd tri ultrasounds because the normal ultrasounds do not show soft tissue, so it appears the nose jets out more than it really is. Thanks for thinking of me and my little guy, I am so relieved and seeing the 3D shot really made it real for me! I'll try to post the 3D picture I got. It isn't as clear as some people get, but for free, I'll take it!! My husband and I joked that he looks like wolverine with his arm in front of his face
