probably because khaki would get filthy. Also, not all children come from homes that can afford to buy khakis. The dresscode is cheap so everyone can afford it.

My judgement is bad roots. (Which I'm dangerously close to having.) if you are going to dye your hair keep that shit looking good! There's no excuse for 3 inch grow out!

I'm a judge mcjuderson so here it goes(pg ment) The most recent was a pregnant lady at target with maybe a 12 month old in the cart drinking juice from a bottle while playing with WIC checks. Uhm if you can't care for one why have another.

I judge people who mix up your and you're, and people who use apostrophes in plurals.
Preach it!!! It has been driving me crazy how many clothing items for babies say lately, "Mommy {heart}'s me." It's "loves me" not "love's me," people!! Love isn't a person that possess something. Or, when someone signs a card, "Love from the Smith's." It's Smiths as in many of people named Smith. Sheesh!
