@happy2bedanish, I've been wondering how your daughter Kamilla is doing with her heart surgeries and hospital stay. I figured I'd post rather than PMing since I would guess that other ladies on here have also been thinking of you. I hope everything is going as well as can be expected and that you and your husband are holding up ok!

Re: Happy2bedanish - how is baby?
We were transferred from the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit to the Cardiac Care Unit, one step closer to coming home! Kamilla is a little rockstar, she is healing so well, I just look at her everyday and am so amazed. Right now we are just working on feeding. The doctors want her to gain about 20 grams per day, which is quite aggressive but better prepares her for her second surgery coming up in June. We do not want to get our hopes up but she has gained significant weight the past 2 days so we were told tonight that if this continues we could be discharged early next week. Fingers and Toes are crossed!!
As for DH and I we are doing ok. This back and forth to the hospital is really hard. DH has been on night shift the past 2 weeks so the two of us are literally like passing ships. I really miss him, but we are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Here's a picture of Kamilla after bath time tonight just lounging! Again thank you for thinking of us - it really brought a smile to my face and cheered me up.
