Reflux just showing at 5 months?

I will start by saying that my husband and I have both had colds the past month.
That being said our 5 month old just recently (past day) has been showing signs that she is not feeling well. She never cries and yesterday had two freak outs and didn't want to lay down or eat. She took a nap and then was happy and ate like a champ. During one of those freak outs it sounded like maybe she got some spit up or saliva in her lungs so now she has a raspy cough and that has made her choke once. 
She doesn't have much any nose congestion. Could it be reflux? I thought a baby with reflux didn't want to eat at all or it hurts when they eat. 
Any ideas? She is at the doctors right now with my husband but I feel helpless at work lol

    My dd has reflux and it showed in the hospital. She probably got your colds. she will be ok. Take a deep breath and relax. I know easier said than done! She will be better in no time. If she is eating ok and sleeping, it is not that seriuos. I hope she feels better soon!
