Best Jeans for Plus-Sized Girls?

I'm hoping you can help with a recommendation for plus-sized jeans (or comfortably cut regular jeans) for my 9 year old girl.  She's a 10/12 with a bit of a belly, around 85 lbs.  She can sometimes squeeze herself into "regular" jeans but they're terribly uncomfortable, and the "skinny jeans" trend is definitely not helping!  Any suggestions on great jeans for slightly heavy girls?
