Wish me luck.. Follow up US tomorrow

I have a follow up US tomorrow after my A/S showed dilated kidneys and a calcium deposit on his heart (EIF) both of which are soft markers for downs. I had the maternity21 test, so i know he doesn't have downs, yet I'm still nervous. I worry something may be wrong with his kidneys or they find something else. The last US was so upsetting, I'm hoping this one I can just enjoy. I'm sure I have nothing to worry about, but ever since the A/S, I tend to think the worst and have anxiety. Wish me luck!!!

It's hard not to worry, I feel like my mind always jumps to worst-case scenario during pregnancy. Hopefully tomorrow can ease your fears. Good luck!
