Did anyone whose baby was not head down by 35ish weeks have success flipping their baby? My sis-in-law is at 36 weeks and found out today her LO has her head wedged in her ribs. Did anyone have luck with a version or spinning babies position? or anything else?
I apologize in advance that I was too lazy to search through a bunch of old discussions.
Both of mine were not head down by 35 weeks. I did spinning babies (the ironing board position) and also played some Frank Sinatra and recording of my voice on my iPhone. He flipped hope she has success!
I *think* that @mytaras had success with getting her LO to flip with spinning babies. Also @mamabear (not sure I have her SN correct) did spinning babies when she was pretty far along.
From my birth class they said pelvic rocks is what is supposed to help so I did that and I believe that helped. Also this is pretty skeptical but I've heard peppermint oil is supposed to help
Re: Getting baby to flip head down (before birth)
How weird is it that I actually remember that?
