Drinks from stranger?

This dude...
has been standing outside of my house since 7:05am. That's almost 6 hours. It's CRAZY cold out with a windchill that's probably near zero. Should I go out and offer that guy some hot beverage or will he think I'm nuts and not drink from a stranger? I have both coffee and hot chocolate I could get him and then have him just leave my cup on the porch when done.
Would you drink from someones house you didn't know?
I feel so bad for him. He doesn't look like he's leaving anytime soon. They're jackhammering something out there? I don't know how the hell he hasn't had to pee, he hasn't MOVED in 6 hours.

gave him some hot chocolate, said he wasn't a coffee drinker past 11am lol. He was grateful- thanks guys! Hopefully they aren't out there too long.. it's SOOOO awful out
