Have you checked out the LGBT Parenting Board here on the bump? It's a great group and we'd love to have you.
We use Fairview Uptown for our Primary Care. They actually did our first 2 IUIs before we moved to an RE. They are great, totally respectful of us and speak to us both equally as the parents. We use them for our son as well as our own care.
We used their CNMs and I cannot think of a single provider that we didn't adore. Just as a heads-up, they do have 1 male midwife. He's the reason we chose that group, actually. I am a former Doula and attended a birth years ago with him. I was so impressed that I switched to him for my annual care, in the hopes that some day I would have a baby. Last March he stayed with me for my entire labor as I had my baby boy. Seriously, I love them there.
Also, Fairview Riverside/UMMC is a great place to have a baby.
Good luck! If you want more info, feel free to PM me.

I have 3 different lesbian friends who have gone thru Women's Health Consultants. I go to them too. They have 2 offices. One downtown and one on Chicago ave next to Abbott. Dr. Bodnar is a favorite. I like Mallof and Harris too. I only go to the Chicago office because it's about 4 blks from my house and I hate going downtown!
My husband and I go to Dr. Julie Farias at Park Nicollet in St. Louis Park. She is the most wonderful doctor and I'm so happy we see her! You can view her profile on Park Nicollets website. She has won awards through the gay and lesbian medical association and she and her partner are getting married this June!!! Only about a week after I'm due!
First off, Congrats! I am little late on this but I have also heard amazing things about Dr. Farias. I have a friend who see's her and just loves her!! i have another friend who is lesbian and trying to get pregnant right now and will be going to her. Good luck!

For OBs or CNMs, I highly recommend Fairview Riverside Women's Clinic. https://www.fairview.org/Clinics/Riverside/S_034349
