Help! I still havent told my dads side of the family that im pregnant (my parents are divorced) everyone else knows. Im affraid he will be dissapointed in me because Im not married yet and me and my fiance havent been together very long. Anyone have any ideas on how to break the ice? Im running out of time!

I don't really have any advice, other then you'll probably feel better once it's out. Can you get together with him for coffee and just tell him or does he live far away? ?My parents were the LAST people we told - my mom has lots of issues and I was terrified to tell them, but they're really excited (first granchild) and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. Not the same thing I realize though. GL!

You're an adult and you make your own decisions...if he is upset, then he's upset. I can't think of too many men who would be upset when they find out they're going to be a grandfather!! Good luck!!

Yeah I understand what you're going through, but for different reasons. I haven't told my dad yet, but we have had a falling out in recent years. I think at some point I will tell him, but just haven't found the way to do it yet.

You will know when you're ready to tell him, whether it's sooner than later you have plenty of time before the baby is born. GL!
