Very belated intro

Hi all, I'm finally coming out of my lurking ways, and decided to officially intro. I've followed this board since I learned I was pregnant with my now 5 month old son, Mac. I also have a 21 month old daughter, Jolene. I work part time as a medical social worker in a hospital and have been happily married for 5 years. I live on the West side of Michigan. I've had 2 c-sections (second one planned) and pre-e twice as well.

Not sure why it's taken me so long to decide to formally participate, but I'm hoping to become more active now :)
