I had to google that, I had no idea what it means. I think it's a cool concept, but I hate false advertising or lying. In the video basically saying blenders don't do the job and blah blah.. peeps gettin' the wrong blenders. My little magical mini blender actually does similar to what the Yonana's does. I do have to add a liquid, though, which you don't have to in the above... so that saves calories. But I do 1/4 cup of milk + 1/4 water and it's sooooo creamy and yummy. (I do frozen berries and banana). I make a smoothie daily, a really thick good one... so it probably isn't worth it for me? Since I get almost the same. But, still a cool concept!
Frozen bananas, vanilla extract (particularly alcohol free kind), and coconut cream. Yum! You *can* omit the coconut cream if your bananas are frozen enough. You might need a tiny amount of liquid to get it fully blended. And it depends on your blender, too.
Also, you can use mango too - when frozen, it offers the right consistency to the finished product like bananas do.
You can add up to 25% of a more watery fruit (like berries) without it changing too much in consistency.
