Good evening ladies! So, I am on the longest cycle I've ever had, which is frustrating but I'm dealing with it by starting to chart and temp using FF instead of the dumb app I was using before (which I think just wanted me to always think I was KU; if I didn't start my period on the predicted date, it would say at the bottom of the screen "are you pregnant?" NO!) Anyway, I know I was supposed to wait till CD1 to start temping and everything but I just wanted to take control of my fertility and kind of get into the habit of temping every day sooner rather than later. So I downloaded FF and started temping on day 40. Now FF told me I O'd on day 43. I'm wondering if my random start to temping tricked FF into thinking I O'd or if this is indeed a late ovulation and I was just lucky enough to catch it. Any advice or thoughts on this? I will link my chart...I did miss temping on Saturday because I was sleeping at our camp. I remembered to bring my thermometer, but I left it in the truck and by the time I was able to get to it I had been up and moving for a while (which I guess would bring me to a second question). Is it better to just not input a temperature at all for days like that? Or just temp late?
Thank you for any and all advice!
EDIT: typos and attached chart below!
My family so far!

Re: Did I O or just trick FF?
As for the question about skipping days, if it's just a late (or early) temp, I'd take it. If you've been up and moving around I wouldn't bother though.
Hmmm... I would say that's it's *possible* that you ovulated then, but it's pretty hard to tell just because there aren't many "pre-O" temps. If you start your period (or end up pregnant) like 10-16 days later, I think you could conclude that your CH's are correct. (I know that doesn't help you now, but it might next cycle.)
If your schedule allows, you might want to try temping at the same time every day. That would give me a little more confidence in your temps. For some people it doesn't matter much, but I know for me it does. If you have a bunch of temps to average out, it might matter less, but with just a few temps, even one "off" temp could change everything.
Annnnd I'm rambling. Sorry. I get like this when I'm tired. I hope I helped even a little.
