  I voted wine, that's what I'll have most if the time. But if I'm partying (lol, at the thought of actually partying) it's vodka all the way.

  I voted ss because it depends on my mood. I love beer, wine, tequila, vodka and rum! I am going on vacation next week so I finally plan on indulging in some of these beverages.

  I love wine but DH does not so I hardly ever buy it.  I have become more of a beer drinker because it really does help my supply.  Of course I haven't had more than one drink in....well it has been so long I cannot remember.

  What beers are supposed to help with supply?

  I've heard dark beers help. My SIL drinks Guinness when she is BF for her supply.
  
  I noticed after our keg was empty (it was a delicious dark beer, local brewed) appropriately named mothers milk actually that my supply wasn't as good. I was only having one or two a night after LO went to bed but it seemed to help
