Thanks! I had to search for a little while on Pinterest to find the recipe I thought you used, and I'm pretty sure this is what I ended up going with. I used hard shells and DH used soft and they were delicious!

Yeah it's super easy! And a nice switch from the usual ground beef or turkey we usually use. I used hard shells also and it was delicious. I may just need to make them this weekend.
