Reasons for wine!

Today my colleagues and I gave a presentation to the rest of the literacy coaches and our district. It went amazingly well! Therefore I have a great reason to drink lots and lots of wine tonight.

Really, I am not ashamed to admit that when my man asked me to pick up some dry white wine for his shrimp scampi the other night, I pretended not to know which ones were dry and white or which would go best with shrimp. So we may or may not have five bottles of wine not appropriate for shrimp scampi in the cupboard right now.

I have a reason- I've now had to pay TWICE for this quarter of trash collection and they still haven't picked up my overflowing can.

And my bathroom ceiling is pealing.

Me, too. It would be such a shame if we left her wine un-drunk. Someone has to step up to the plate and take on this task. I'm glad you and I, @DC2London, are up for it.

Canines were not fun with DD1. I hope they're going better for you.

He's better now - but Sunday and Monday he was the crankiest I've ever seen him!
