With my firstborn, I was constantly fighting a low milk supply and I had to pump four times a day to keep up with his needs for when I was away from him. With my second child, the milk is pouring out of me and I seem to only need to pump twice a day to actually exceed his demand for when I am at work. Should I still pump additionally however, since perhaps doing only two pumping sessions might impact milk supply later on? I don't want to create an over-supply either. Thoughts?
