Freezing Yogurt??

I usually make T's baby food with my food processor then freeze it into cubes, which is what I think a lot of you do. But, my question is... can you freeze yogurt? I want to puree some spinach into the yogurt and then freeze it.

Yes you can

The consistency isn't quite the same when you defrost it but it's perfectly fine.

You can also freeze the spinach in a smaller portion then add to fresh yogurt as you need. I buy a large container of yogurt and so far DD finishes the whole thing before it goes bad.

I froze some yogurt mixed with fruit in some pouches and the texture wasn't a problem!
