I'm voting Disney World because it seems so much better--I was a little under whelmed by Disney Land! It was a lot smaller than I thought it would be--not much to it. I haven't been to Disney World but we are looking forward to taking the boys there in a few years.

We took DD to Disneyland because we were in town and I thought there was plenty to do. We didn't get to see half the stuff in the two days we were there. Plus CA > FL. I also feel like disneyworld would be more overwhelming and crowded and I wouldn't know where to start with the planning.

Disneyland. As a lazy person, I hate how far I have to walk to get to place at Disneyworld. Also, rides are way better at Disneyland and they have California Adventure right there. Tower of Terror FTW!

I'm quite partial to DL because I practically lived there during college. I do love DW though as there is more to do. If you only have a day or two DL and CA adventure are better because all the rides are condensed into two places whereas you really need a week at DW to get to all my favorite rides as they are spread out throughout all the parks.

@Stacey099 me either. I'll probably go one day just to take Haddock, but I really couldn't care less about DW or DL. There's a Disney resort in HI, and I'm thinking maybe I could take him there instead. Win for him, win for me!

Disneyland is fun. But Disney World just seems bigger with Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney, etc and more resorts.

WDW. Four parks, more resorts and restaurants, better theming, and a more immersive experience. Not that I'd turn down either. Gotta have me some mouse.

@bobcee I would totally help you plan. I've only waited in line for longer than 20 minutes one time, and that was by choice.

My dream retirement job would be to help people plan their Disney vacations. It would be fun, plus I could take trips and write them off as business expenses.

I haven't been to either in awhile but I voted for disneyworld bc it had much more to do. Plus universal studios/islands of adventure is great in Florida too.

I may take you guys up on planning help one day. FIL just moved to FL, about 2 hrs from DW, so once zack is a bit older I'm sure we'll try to combine a visit with a DW trip.

Disneyland because it is closer. Plus I'm never setting foot in FL after that most recent non-conviction of white man kills innocent black boy. That place is effing crazy.

Too bad too because I was looking forward to staying at the Michael Graves Dolphin & Swan hotels at Disney World.
