  • Nope. Cooking dinner on the other hand, falls into this category for me these days. By the time I get home and get LO to bed, I am way too exhausted to cook dinner.

  • I always dread showering but once I get in there I take forever.  DH is always asking what I am up to in there.  I do get tired in there and find I have to keep adjusting the water temp because I am so fickle these days.
  • I still love my daily shower.  However, I shower in the evening and it is a nice break before I start on dinner.  I can't imagine having to wake up even earlier to shower and lose out on sleep.

    Married 10/06

Baby Girl "C" arrived on 10/07/14 (39 weeks, 6 days)

  • I actually fell asleep in the bathtub last night (after forcing myself into the shower to wash my hair, I soaked in the tub). I mean having full on dreams asleep.  It took everything I had to stand up and get out of there.

  • It's the only thing that can sort of get me up in the morning.. never mind I spend half my shower sitting down.  I'm so effin' sleepy and nauseated... I just sit with the water running on me and it's glorious.

  • I shower every weeknight and weekend mornings but i wash my hair every few days and that is a chore for me. I love my hair when it's freshly washed but hate having to blowdry it.
    Anniversary
  • My last pregnancy I was so exhausted at the end I had a plastic lawn chair in the shower so I could sit. I still made it in there everyday because I was afraid to go into labor or something and be smelly or have hairy legs. How stupid I was, when the time came I could not have given less of a shit about all that/

Haha, my husband loves fast food too. He is not pressuring me to cook - in fact he is more than happy to pick up food for us. I just feel gross when I eat out too many times in a week, plus the cost kills me.

  • I've been all about taking baths recently. Relaxing and less effort.

  • I've never been a fan of showering. I really hate having to wash my hair, because that means I have to dry it, which means I'm going to get hot and sweaty right after I showered. I could deal with having hair that never got dirty and just taking baths all the time.

I am the same way. And most the time I eat a can of soup/frozen dinner. It amazes me how he can spend 20 bucks at fast food joints just on him! And he never gains a pound. Like, how is that even human?!

  • I'm obsessed with showers. I have noticed that they make me more tired. I end up having to sit on the shower seat to keep myself up.

Showering has been making me feel worse, and usually light-headed. I used to take hot showers, and have been cutting back on the temperature since finding out I'm pg, but somehow I always get out light-headed.
yep. this.  I LOVE hot showers but lately they make me feel lightheaded and yucky  :/

  • We have a gigantic family-sized bathtub, so I have started to take baths with DD. I lie there while she plays around in the water. Momma's happy, baby's happy, everybody wins. And then I make DH get her out of the bath and  ready for bed while I lay there a little longer!
