wait what? You can volunteer to hold babies?! I have some free time and a hospital down the street. I will be calling tomorrow to offer my services.

    It wasn't long after I started volunteering my time at a shelter that I adopted a dog - and it wasn't long after the first of my friends started having babies that I got pg - I think I'm too susceptible and this would be too much for me!!

    Yep, at my hospital they're called cuddlers. It's mostly our NICU and PICU babies who live here for months with parents who have other children or work obligations. And it's adorable.

    Wow, sweet story! I had no idea you could volunteer to cuddle babies either. I've often told DH he should volunteer at the animal shelter to play with the kittens, lol!
