I have been slacking on these threads...how are you guys doing this week? I just finished my second workout of the week, kinda lame. Good leg workout, they feel like jelly. Eating has been so so. Too much party food and margarita day over the weekend; but so far this week has been pretty full of veggies and chicken. Didn't meal plan or really grocery shop this week, and I'm regretting it.
Since I am stuck in this arctic weather for what seems like forever, let's talk summer! What are you most looking forward to fitness-wise when the weather is nice?
I miss adding in the 3 mile loop by my house as an almost daily walk with a friend or my family. It's a nice way to relax and connect and burn a few extra calories!

Looking at the numbers is always depressing @spooko. Remember that the more muscle tissue you have the more calories your body will burn, yada yada yada. It's worth it.
Do you like yoga? I can't for the life of me get into it. I know it would be good for my body but it makes me feel anxious.

Besides that, on my days off I've been dping my best to squeeze in my T25 workout. My eating has been hit or miss. During the day I've been lazy and haven't had the motivation to cook for just me so I end up eating shit, sharing stuff with DS, or something packaged until I cook dinner for DH and I.

I can't wait to just be outside. When it's nice out and we stay outside after work and on the weekend I'm not snacking. Plus grilled food and fresh fruit/veggies.

Plus it's still -30C here most days. Blah. Can't wait for summer and outdoors! Or just slightly above freezing temps even!
