I'm only active on this one. I'd like to play on another one, but so far haven't found one. Maybe next time I'm pregnant I can play with other pregnant old people (pregnant after 35).
I mostly participate here but I keep an eye on high risk pg to see if there are questions I can answer. I lurk on a few other boards depending on the day.
I post here. O12 is my home! I love you ladies I have lurked on the multiples board as I have a high chance of getting multiples with my next pregnancy and also I lurk on parenting every once in a while, but I don't think I can handle the fast pace of Parenting, and to be honest some of them scary me just a little. I may lurk on the bmb of my next pregnancy but don't know yet if I would participate.
@Mrs_Lady I'm not really old, it just cracks me up that 35 is considered old in pregnancy land. I was 35 when T was born, so I'll be reeeaaaalllllyyyy old for our next one!
I'm usually in here but visit Adoption occasionally. It was a weird transition from going from adoption boards to a parent of an actual (non-hypothetical) child board. I was freaked out to join in the beginning, but thought I would sneak in even though I didn't know you guys through your pregnancies.
I appreciate you guys being so welcoming.
Doesn't matter to us how you got your baby you are a O12 momma to us! :-)
I only post here. I lurk on gbcn. I keep thinking I need to male an introduction on the parenting or school aged children board because I have any observations and questions concerning my older two kids. But i haven't had the time or courage yet.
Hey I just met you, and you're my baby. This is your family, we're kind of crazy...
We get loads of ultrasounds here anyway, so I don't think I got any more than normal for where
I live. But I have heard my friends getting extra tests if they are in their 40s. For the 13 week scan, my age + blood tests + family histories made our risk very low.
Dalian. Loved it so much. Would have stayed longer, but came home to save a relationship. Not worth saving and have since moved on. Travelled around China and really enjoyed the smaller cities and towns, not mad about Beijing and Shanghai.
Oh, I loved Chengdu. I was there for a couple of days before I left. Haha, I didn't meet a single other South African in China! I heard about plenty, but didn't meet any. I kept away from the expat scene. Would it have been a permanent job, or for a limited time?
Re: Clicky poll Wednesday: How many boards do you participate on?
I've popped in on the South Jersey and Blended Family boards a handful of times, but Oct 12 is definitely home for me.
After 7 years of no ovulation...
