I bought kale for the baby. I've never cooked kale for an adult even. Hehe.
Is kale okay for an lo? What do you mix it with? Steam it?
Thanks for some input

Kale is just fine for a baby. We usually add just a little because it is higher in nitrates. We steam it first. So far we have done the following combinations with kale, but really you could put it in with almost anything: -apples, kale, chickpeas, and chicken -apples, kale, and chickpeas -parsnips, butternut squash, and kale -apple, kale, and kiwi -apple, beets, chickpeas, kale
Like @BC&LM I just steam mine until its wilted and then blend it with other stuff for pouch making. So far I've blended with sweet potatoes, apples, lentils, squash and carrots depending on what I had around. I have also been steaming some and then tossing with olive oil and salt and eating it myself. My husband actually likes raw kale salad with miso dressing but it's a little too bitter for me. If you would have told me a few months ago my meat and potatoes husband would be asking for kale salad I would have laughed, but we had it at a friend's house and he loved it!
