Craptastic E2 after 3 days of stims - UPDATE 2/28 at bottom

13.7 today. It was 25 on a non-medicated cd3 back in November. I'm so frustrated. I've only seen the results online, and will hear from my RE this afternoon. Guessing it will either be increasing doses ($$$) or canceling altogether due to over-suppression. So. Over. This.

Update: I'm increasing Gonal F to 225iu, and Menopur to 150. Hoping Wednesday's E2 comes back higher.

Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
 3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 
RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 
IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur. 
ER 2/3/15 14R 8M 3F w/ICSI Day 5 transfer on 2/8/15 of one "Grade A+" blast and have TWO frosties!

    I'm sorry, that's got to be so frustrating.  Is there any hope your RE will have some other option you haven't thought of?  I don't know what your finances are like, but I would lean towards forging ahead and increasing dosing even though it costs more.

    Planning medicated cycle end of summer.  FX I get KU before then!!!

    When will they call you?  Hopefully they can up your dosages so you don't get cancelled.

    Maybe they were planning a slow stim?  With my first IVF I stimmed 11 days and almost got canceled, and that was the only one that has worked. Hopefully they can change your doses, wishing you well.

    Good Luck, I hope they have some good plans for you.  I stimmed 11 days the first cycle, and 14 this last one, with max doses on everything.  I hear you on the $$$ front!

    Trying for #2 with IVF after damage done in a D&C left me with one functioning (but too scarred) ovary and tube to get pregnant safely without assistance. It's a really, really long story, but that is the gist of it.  We have one daughter (whose c-section birth started this roller coaster) born in 2012 after a miscarriage in 2011. 
    Failed 1st attempt at IVF (Fresh ET day 3, 1 frozen embryo saved) in December 2013.  
    Failed 2nd attempt at IVF (Fresh ET day 5, 2 frozen embryos saved) in February 2014.

    Thanks guys! I just talked to the nurse (initial info comes through a voice message system Mayo uses). She reassured me that there is still plenty of time, just likely means a couple extra days of stimming. The cherry on the top of this is I forgot a gonal f pen with 100iu left in it at my parent's house last weekend - they're 1.5hrs away  ~X( Sweet 3hr road trip in store for me tomorrow. Woo. Hoo.

    Sorry! It's blood estradiol level, which is given off by growing follicles depending on size.
