Swollen around incision?

How long did those with csections stay swollen around the incision? I'm 2 weeks pp and still swollen...granted I probably did too much a week pp as my DH got a stomach bug so for 48 hrs I was doing everything.

    I'm 3 weeks out and the swelling has started to go down a little bit. Still have pain above it though (incision is numb).

    My swelling went down 6 months after. I was so worried I went to the Dr and he said a shot of steroids would make it go down. I said no thanks!!! He said BC the insicion was so big and so deep all at once and it happens fast that is keiloids underneath so that shot will do the trick.
