I have some breast milk in the fridge that has been in there for 3 days. Do you think its okay to put it in the freezer?

yes, it's okay to keep BM for 3-8 days in the fridge. more on milk storage if you're nervous, give it a sniff, if it has gone bad it will smell sour.
